Operational terms governing storefront use, product ordering, custom work approvals, manufacturing disclosures, and customer responsibilities.
1. Order Placement & Acceptance
An order placed on SC3D Nexus constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs when payment is confirmed and the order enters processing.
Product pricing, shipping options, and estimated production lead times are confirmed during checkout. In the event of an obvious catalog listing or pricing error, SC3D Nexus reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
2. Custom 3D Printing & File Submissions
Customers placing custom orders are responsible for reviewing and confirming all custom specifications, scale dimensions, color choices, and finish selections prior to production approval.
By submitting 3D model files (STL/OBJ/STEP), artwork, or proprietary designs to SC3D Nexus, the customer represents and warrants that they possess the necessary rights, licenses, or authorizations to reproduce the submitted material.
3. 3D-Printed Product Characteristics
Products manufactured using FDM and Resin 3D printing technologies naturally exhibit characteristic features including visible layer lines, minor surface marks, and process-related texture variations.
These physical characteristics are inherent to additive manufacturing and do not constitute defects. Remedy options for qualifying broken, damaged, or incorrect items remain governed by our separate Cancellations & Returns Policy.
4. Incorporated Policies
Our Shipping Policy and Cancellations & Returns Policy form an integral part of these Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set forth in those policies.
