SC3D Nexus collects necessary customer information solely to process orders, provide customer support, and deliver 3D-printed products. This includes:
- Customer contact details (name, email address, phone number)
- Shipping and billing street addresses
- Order item selections, custom finish specifications, and custom file submissions
- Payment transaction status and confirmation tokens
- Customer support email communications
2. Payment Security & Payment-Card Handling
Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. Payment card numbers, CVV security codes, and full expiration dates are transmitted directly to Stripe's encrypted payment infrastructure.
SC3D Nexus does not store, process, or transmit full credit card details on our local servers or databases.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
Customer information is shared only as necessary with essential infrastructure providers required to operate the store and deliver orders:
- Payment Processors: Stripe (payment intent processing)
- Shipping Carriers: United States Postal Service (package delivery and label generation)
- Cloud Infrastructure: Hosting, encrypted off-site backup, and transactional email dispatch providers
We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize customer personal information to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Protection & Customer Rights
Administrative access to store data is protected by role-based access control and encrypted credential storage.
To inquire about your stored customer data, request a copy, or request data deletion, email support@sc3dnexus.com. Deletion requests are processed subject to record-retention requirements mandated for active order fulfillment, tax accounting, or legal compliance.
