Shipping Policy

1. Production & Processing Time

Each item at SC3D Nexus is fabricated using high-precision 3D printing and hand-finishing processes. Most standard catalog items enter production and processing within 3 business days to 1 week.

Specific product detail pages and checkout summaries display distinct estimated lead times when an item requires complex multi-part printing or specialized custom painting.

2. Shipping Destinations

At launch, direct storefront order shipping is available within the United States only. We ship to all 50 U.S. states, APO/FPO military addresses, and U.S. territories served by the United States Postal Service.

3. Carrier Services & Rates

The United States Postal Service (USPS) is our primary shipping carrier. Available shipping options and exact rates are presented clearly during checkout:

• USPS Ground Advantage (Free Standard): Orders with subtotals meeting our free shipping threshold qualify for free standard shipping. Standard delivery transit time is typically 2–5 business days following carrier acceptance.
• USPS Priority Mail (Expedited): Expedited shipping is calculated at checkout based on authoritative package weight and destination. Delivery transit time is typically 1–3 business days following carrier acceptance.

4. Package Tracking & Delivery Estimates

Once your package is packed and accepted by the carrier, a shipping confirmation email is dispatched containing your official USPS tracking number.

Carrier delivery estimates begin after the carrier accepts the package into their network and are separate from initial production/processing lead times.

5. Shipping Address Verification

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. SC3D Nexus is not responsible for non-delivery or misdelivery caused by inaccurate address information entered by the customer.

If you notice an address error immediately after placing an order, please email support@sc3dnexus.com before your order enters production.
